Maples and Calder bundles up global offering

Maples and Calder has consolidated its international fund services offerings under a single brand, now called the Maples Group.

This composite includes the international law firm, advising on the laws of Ireland, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Jersey and Luxembourg, and global fund administration and fiduciary services.

The rebranding initiative aims to hone the Maples Group as a comprehensive solution for legal, fiduciary, fund, entity formation and management services, as well as regulatory and compliance services.

Seamless

Global managing partner Alasdair Robertson (pictured above) said the move was in response to client demands for a seamless service.

The Maples Group now comprises a network of 17 international locations, with a headcount of over 1,800 people.
