Lady Hale to launch Trinity College Law Review edition

The next volume of the Trinity College Law Review will be launched by Lady Hale, former president of Britain’s Supreme Court, next week.

Volume XXIII will be launched on 20 March, in the Long Room Library of Trinity College Dublin at 6 pm. Lady Hale, the former President of the Supreme Court from 2017-20 stepped down from her office in January.

She has also written the foreword to the new volume, and will join editor-in-chief Cecilia Reynolds in addressing the launch event.

Lady Hale was the first woman to serve as president of the Supreme Court, and led it through a turbulent period for British constitutional law following the June 2016 referendum decision to leave the European Union.
