High Court PI list hearing dates open for September

Hearing dates remain available for the Dublin High Court personal injuries list in September and, where possible, parties are strongly encouraged to agree hearing dates.

Applications for hearing dates should be made as soon as possible.

There will be no court sittings, or email or telephone service, in relation to the personal injuries list during August 2020.

Vacation judge

Urgent applications may be made to the daily vacation judge in the normal way.

Applications for a hearing date can be made by email where there is consent.

Consent applications for hearing dates should be made each Friday during term, commencing on Friday 17 July, to mmulligan@courts.ie, with a preferred two-week timeframe for the hearing.

Assigned dates will then be emailed to the applicants each Monday, with liberty to apply on any Friday.

No physical applications

There will be no facility for physical applications for dates until further notice.

Where agreement is not possible, applications on notice may be made by email to mmulligan@courts.ie.

A date and time for a hearing (if deemed necessary by the presiding judge) will be notified.
