DMD venue for Dublin licensing round announced

The Dining Hall in King's Inns will be the venue for this year’s Dublin Metropolitan District Annual Licensing Court on a number of dates from 24 September.

This is now available for selection as a venue when registering applications on www.csol.ie.

Temporary office

To help with social distancing requirements, the Dublin Metropolitan District (DMD) Licensing and Small Claims Office has secured a temporary office beside the Appeals Office for lodging all proofs.

Solicitors are being urged to lodge proofs in person for expediency and accuracy reasons.

A copy of the application should be printed off from CSOL and attached to the front of the proofs for easy access to the reference number allocated.

Appointments

Appointments are not necessary, but anyone who wishes to do so can make an appointment with the DMD Licensing and Small Claims Office to lodge documents.

The Dublin Metropolitan District is also encouraging people to make applications as soon as possible to assist with its workload. The deadline is Tuesday 1 September at 12.30pm.

The practice and procedure document for this year is available on the Courts Service website.
