ReganWall plans 100% growth in six months

A new dedicated business law firm has opened in Cork.

ReganWall claims to be the first Cork-based dedicated business law firm, and will create six new jobs over the next six months, with six employees already in place.

This growth is in direct response to increased mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, and corporate transactions nationwide.

Bespoke

ReganWall will offer a bespoke approach, delivering strategic legal advice on M&A, investments, intellectual property and technology and commercial contracts. The firm will also offer a transparent charging structure.

Managing partner Adrian Wall said: “With increased M&A activity across multiple sectors, we saw a gap in the market for a dedicated business law firm with a truly modern approach, aligned with the business needs of our clients.

“In particular, healthcare and life sciences companies with extensive intellectual property and blue-chip customer lists are being acquired or invested in by corporates and financial institutions with a global reach.

Complex

“We have significant experience of these types of complex transactions, and a track record of delivering first-class results for our clients.”

Co-founder and partner Kieran Regan added: “From speaking to entrepreneurs, we sensed a great deal of frustration regarding the over-specialisation of the larger firms. We are offering a different kind of lawyer, who is a trusted adviser across the corporate and commercial spectrum.”

Clients include Zenith Technologies, recently announced as Cork company of the year, Mainline Group, which is a leading utility solutions provider, and Ditchley Group, a healthcare group with facilities across Ireland.
