Large-scale infrastructure projects

David Gunn has also advised on the construction aspects of large scale infrastructure projects and PPPs in both Ireland and Australia, and also spent four years as in-house counsel advising on the winding up of an Irish bank.

Partner and head of the construction team Rory Kirrane said: “We are delighted to announce David’s appointment.

“His significant international experience further strengthens the firm’s reputation as a market leader in construction, infrastructure and utilities.”

Reputational risk

David Gunn added: “As the legal and regulatory responsibilities placed on companies become more complex, it’s essential for organisations involved in project finance matters to have advisors who can help them evaluate and manage legal and reputational risk.

"I’m looking forward to further building on the team’s reputation for delivering commercial and pragmatic advice to clients.”
