DSBA webinar on practice management
The Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) will hold a webinar on key practice-management issues later this month.
The event will cover pensions, professional indemnity insurance (PII), anti-money-laundering (AML) updates, and digital marketing.
It will take place on Tuesday 13 October (2pm-5pm) and is worth three CPD hours – two for professional development and solicitor wellbeing and one for accounting and AML compliance.
The speakers are:
- Des Dillon (Engage Financial Solutions) on pensions and investments for retirement,
- Julie Brennan (managing director LQSI and solicitor) on PII renewal and compliance updates,
- Simon Treanor (financial-regulation executive, Law Society, main picture), on AML, and
- Rory Conway (Law Society), on digital marketing and website design for solicitors.
