‘Bitesize briefing’ on local property tax
An online event organised by Law Society Professional Training will focus on local property tax (LPT).
The ‘bitesize briefing’ will take place via Zoom on Tuesday 22 September (12.30-1.30pm).
It is worth one general CPD hour by e-learning.
Eleanor McKiernan, a partner at Augustus Cullen Law LLP who specialises in property law, will chair the webinar.
Revenue’s Katie O’Riordan, part of the authority’s LPT team, will speak at the event.
Topics include:
- An overview of LPT,
- Sale and transfer of residential property,
- How to identify LPT clearance issues, and
- LPT specific clearance.
