Michael Crowley joins BHSM new-homes unit

BHSM LLP incorporating OBH Partners has appointed Michael Crowley as a partner and head of its new-homes team.

Crowley has joined the firm after developing what BHSM describes as a “highly regarded” practice and extensive experience advising developers, housebuilders, buyers, and private clients.

He will be joined by his team, which comprises Aisling Weldon, Rachel Elliott, and Kinga Szczypczyk, in a move that BHSM says further enhances its growing residential-property and private-client capabilities.

'Sustained activity'

The dedicated new-homes team will be responsible for further developing and expanding BHSM’s offering to developers, property investors, lenders, housing agencies, and residential buyers and sellers.

BHSM says that Crowley’s appointment “significantly strengthens” its residential-property offering at a time of sustained activity across the Irish housing market.

As well as heading the new-homes team, Crowley will continue to advise clients on a broad range of private-client and property matters.

'Outstanding reputation'

Mark Homan (managing partner of BHSM LLP incorporating OBH Partners) said that the new partner had developed “an outstanding reputation” for client service and technical excellence.

Homan described the appointment as “an important strategic investment” for the firm.

“Joining BHSM provides an exciting opportunity to further develop the new-homes offering, while continuing to provide trusted advice and outstanding service to both developer and private clients,” said Crowley.
