The High Court has advised practitioners of arrangements for the Whit vacation, which runs from Friday 22 May until Tuesday 2 June inclusive.
A High Court judge will be available every day throughout the period to hear urgent applications only.
According to a notice on the Courts Service website, all sittings before the vacation judge will take place Monday to Friday in Court 6 in the Four Courts at 11am unless otherwise advised by the High Court duty registrar.
In addition, the High Court bail list will sit in Cloverhill Courthouse on the following dates:
The extradition list will sit in the Criminal Courts of Justice on Tuesday 26 May and Thursday 28 May to deal with urgent matters only.
The High Court’s central office will remain open for business as usual during the holiday period.
Business in the office is transacted by appointment using the online appointment system.
The list room will re-open at 10am on Tuesday 3 June.
Practitioners are also advised that the Legal Diary will be published on the Courts Service website on each day on which the High Court’s central office is open during the Whit period.
