Legal services procurement feedback request
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) has told the Law Society that a Pre‑Market Consultation (PMC) has been published on eTenders to inform the development of a new Legal Services Framework for use across the public sector.

The purpose of this PMC is to gather market insights that will assist in shaping a robust and effective procurement strategy for the new framework.
Any insights or feedback from solicitors would help ensure that the structure, scope, and approach in the new framework will reflect current market capacity, emerging trends, and any other practical considerations, the OGP has said.
