Special Criminal Courts appointee named
The Government at its meeting of 16 June decided to remove Mr Justice Paul Burns, Judge of the High Court, from the Special Criminal Courts (No 1 and No 2) with immediate effect.
It was also decided to appoint Mr Justice Sean Gillane, Judge of the High Court, to the Special Criminal Courts (No 1 and No 2) with immediate effect.
