Planning body’s notice on judicial reviews
An Coimisiún Pleanála (ACP) has published a notice for practitioners on the service of judicial-review proceedings on the planning body.
It says that, in accordance with order 103, rule 18 of the Rules of the Superior Courts, the email address for service of such proceedings is legalaffairs@pleanala.ie.
ACP adds that applicants for judicial review serving proceedings by email should send the proceedings to this email address and not to any other pleanala.ie email address.
