Irish office managing partner Dennis Agnew said: “Our Irish office went from strength to strength in 2025, advising on a series of cross-border corporate and private-equity transactions and expanding our practice offerings to include tax, real estate, and employment. This expansion continues into the new year.

“Jane is an accomplished and versatile practitioner who is ideal to lead our intellectual property and technology work in Ireland. She has a track-record of successfully advising Irish and international businesses on their IP and data privacy issues, backed by great commercial awareness and extensive sector knowledge.

O’Grady joins from Byrne Wallace Shields, where she started her career in 2014.

She has a BCL and LLB from University College Cork, and has held a certificate in trade mark law from the Law Society since 2015.
