Solicitors urged to update contact details
Solicitors who have moved firm or changed their contact details have been urged to inform the Law Society of any updates.
The organisation says that this is especially important now that the annual practising-certificate (PC) and membership-renewal period has begun.
Solicitors can review and update contact and employer details at www.lawsociety.ie/practising-certificate.
The latest information and assistance on the renewal of practising certificates is available at www.lawsociety.ie/pc.
Deadline
The deadline for PC applications for 2026 is Sunday 1 February 2026.
To ensure that your PC is dated 1 January 2026, submit your application via the online portal, along with the full payment of fees, by 1 February 2026.
