Lavelle Partners adds two to property team

Lavelle Partners LLP has further strengthened its property team with the addition of two newly qualified solicitors, after they successfully completed their traineeship with the firm.

Erin Barrett and James Lawless join the team, after gaining “practical experience and commercial awareness” during the firm’s trainee programme.

The appointments come a week after Lavelle appointed Denise Dockery as a partner in its property practice.

‘Determination and focus’

Barrett advises on the acquisition, sale, and leasing of both commercial and residential property.

Lawless advises financial institutions on secured-lending transactions. He also has experience in a variety of conveyancing matters.

Managing partner Michael Lavelle said that both solicitors had demonstrated “determination and focus” throughout the training programme.

"They will continue to play a key role in providing expert guidance to our property clients, and their progression reflects our ongoing commitment to nurturing talent within the firm,” he concluded.
