Promotion for Philip Lee’s Patrick Butler
Commercial-law firm Philip Lee LLP has promoted Patrick Butler to head of corporate-secretarial services.
Butler founded the department, and the firm describes him as the “cornerstone and driving force” behind its creation and success.
Philip Lee says that the promotion recognises Butler’s “dedication and hard work in establishing and growing this practice area for our clients”.

Butler, an experienced company secretary, holds a Certificate in Company Secretarial Law and Practice from the Law Society.
