Legalisation of Irish public documents consultation

The Law Society is preparing a submission on the draft policy on legalisation of Irish public documents for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The department legalises Irish documents for international use by issuing an Apostille (for Hague Convention countries) or Authentication (for non-Hague countries), confirming the authenticity of signatures, seals, or stamps.
