DSBA webinar to focus on client issues
The Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) will hold a webinar focusing on client issues next month.
The speakers and topics are:
- Niall Cawley (Niall T Cawley & Co Solicitors) will discuss anti-money-laundering (AML),
- Eamonn Maguire (regulatory communications manager, Law Society) on managing client expectations,
- Tony Watson (Legal Services Regulatory Authority) on LSRA complaints, and
- Cian Clinch (Hayes Solicitors LLP) on GDPR – obligations, common issues, and dealing with client requests.
The event will take place on Wednesday 2 September (2-5pm).
It yields three CPD hours for client care and professional standards, which includes one hour for accounting and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance.
