MHC appoints Anna Lundy as ‘of counsel’

Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed regulatory lawyer Anna Lundy as ‘of counsel’ in its life sciences and product regulatory team.

This role is reserved for senior lawyers with deep expertise, who support clients on specialised and complex matters.

Capacity

MHC said that Lundy’s appointment enhanced its capacity to guide clients through intensifying EU regulatory reforms.

She advises across highly regulated industries, with particular strength and experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, and consumer products – including cosmetics.

Lundy is also qualified as a solicitor-advocate in England and Wales and has experience representing companies under investigation or prosecution by regulators.
