Sean Ryan joins Whitney Moore as partner
Dublin-based law firm Whitney Moore has appointed Sean Ryan as a partner in its corporate-and-regulatory practice.
The firm has also appointed him as head of its EU and competition group.
Ryan joins from Eversheds Sutherland, where he advised clients on complex transactions and regulatory issues.
Whitney Moore said that his arrival added “further depth” to its corporate-and-regulatory practice at a time of significant deal activity in the market.
‘Momentum’
Managing partner Emma Richmond said that Ryan’s expertise and experience would be “a great addition” to the firm.
Ryan described Whitney Moore as “a firm with real momentum and a strong culture”.
