The second edition of Brickfield’s ‘Working Guide to Fund Finance’ is now available.
The volume is a ‘how to’ publication aimed at lenders, lawyers, fund professionals, and brokers on the fundamentals of fund finance.
The guide covers key topics such as due diligence, fund and service-provider documentation, and the powers of Irish funds to borrow, guarantee, and grant security.
The Ireland chapter is authored by Arthur Cox lawyers Kevin Lynch (partner), Ian Dillon, (partner) and Ben Rayner (of counsel).
