Pension-lawyers’ group to hold conference

The Association of Pension Lawyers in Ireland (APLI) is hosting a conference next week that will include an address from the Pensions Regulator Brendan Kennedy.

The APLI’s objective is to promote education about pensions law.

The conference will be held at William Fry, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin on Thursday 15 May from 8.30am.

Agenda

The regulator will provide an update on the work of the Pensions Authority.

The other topics on the agenda are:

  • Australian experience of superannuation funds,
  • Recent High Court pensions cases,
  • British perspective on covenant reviews, and
  • The outlook for pensions.

The event is open to all, and tickets are available on Eventbrite.
