The Irish branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb Ireland) will hold its annual conference on Friday 9 May.
The event takes place at the National Gallery Ireland, Merrion Square West, Dublin 2. It runs from 9am to 4.30pm.
The theme of the conference is ‘Does the forum fit the fuss’.
Topics include disputes over public-works contracts, witness evidence in adjudication, and the future of the technical arbitrator.
Ms Justice Nuala Jackson of the High Court) will deliver the keynote address.
