Squire Patton Boggs promotes two in Dublin
US-origin firm Squire Patton Boggs has promoted Dublin-based corporate lawyers Nessa McHugh and Ciara Downes (small picture).
McHugh has been promoted to senior associate and Downes has been promoted to the rank of associate II.
Domestic
Both lawyers advise on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions for both trade and private-equity clients.
