Solicitors sponsor winning Maghera GAA team

Mallon & Co Solicitors of Maghera and Coleraine has said it was delighted and proud to be associated as main sponsors with the 2025 Hogan Cup winning champions Saint Patrick’s College, Maghera, County Derry.

As past pupils of the school, directors Joe Mallon and Enda McKaigue have been sponsors of the school senior football team since 2020, which beat St Colman’s of Crossmolina 2-08 to 0-4.

Thrilled

“We were thrilled on Saint Patrick’s Day as the team led by Cahal McKaigue (captain) climbed the steps of the Hogan Stand in Croke Park and lifted the All-Ireland A Schools Football title,” they said.

This was the sixth All Ireland A Schools title for St Patrick’s College, Maghera leaving them third on the Roll of Honour.

This success followed the Ulster A Colleges MacRory Cup title several weeks ago.

Director Joe Mallon was a former trainee at Matheson Ormsby Prentice in Dublin and student of Trinity College Dublin.
