Law Society Conveyancing Committee update
The Law Society’s Conveyancing Committee has updated the specimen Pre-Lease Enquiries from 1991, which is now available for use by practitioners.
This precedent should prove invaluable to those practising in commercial lease transactions.
A comprehensive explanatory memorandum to accompany the new precedent has also been published to accompany the updated pre-lease enquiries.
Both documents are available for download from the Precedents area of the website (solicitor login required).
