Government decides on District Court assignments
The Government made decisions on three judicial assignments at its meeting earlier this week:
- To assign Judge Joanne Carroll to District No 18 (County Cork),
- To assign Judge Catherine Ghent to the Dublin Metropolitan District (DMD), and
- To assign Judge Fiona Lydon to District No. 7 (County Galway).
All decisions take effect immediately.
