ALG appoints Eimear Keane to asset team
A&L Goodbody has appointed Eimear Keane as a partner in its asset management and investment funds practice.
This practice now has six partners and is one of the largest in Ireland.
Eimear Keane has advised a range of international asset managers on the establishment and operation of investment funds in Ireland.
Authorisation
She advises on the authorisation and ongoing operation of Irish UCITS management companies and AIFMs, as well as advising on EU sustainable-finance regulations.
Managing partner David Widger said that the growing asset-management team reflected demand from clients, particularly for ESG and sustainable finance advice.
