Business-law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has appointed Ursula McMahon as partner in its charity and not-for-profit team.
The firm says that, at a time when charities face heightened scrutiny and evolving regulation, McMahon’s “proven judgment and governance expertise” will help its clients to protect their reputation and manage compliance.
McMahon works with clients across the charity and public sectors, supporting organisations through restructures, mergers, and their interactions with the Charities Regulator.
Niamh Callaghan (head of charity and not-for-profit) described the new partner as “a trusted adviser with a deep understanding of the sector and a real feel for what clients need”.
