New ‘of counsel’ for MHC employment team

Business-law firm Mason Hayes & Curran (MHC) has promoted Avril Daly to ‘of counsel’ on its employment-law team.

Daly works with employers across all stages of the employment cycle and recently advised a multi-national technology company on a large-scale redundancy.

Melanie Crowley (MHC’s head of employment law and benefits) said that the appointment reflected the growth of the employment-law team and the “evolving demands” of workplaces.

Daly is a graduate of University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Diploma in Employment Law.

She also has a Masters in Law from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
