Lavelle Partners appoints head of housing

Lavelle Partners LLP has appointed Paul McCutcheon as a partner and as head of housing within the firm’s property team.

Lavelle Partners says that the appointment enhances what it describes as its “thriving” property practice, bringing additional depth in the area of residential-property development.

McCutcheon, who has more than 25 years’ experience in the sector, has advised many of the country’s leading developers on the acquisition, development, and sale of some of the largest housing schemes in Ireland over the past decade.

Michael Lavelle (managing partner) said that the appointment of McCutcheon was in line with the firm’s ambition to further develop its property team.
