Simmons & Simmons acquires CC Solicitors

Global firm Simmons & Simmons has expanded its Dublin office through the strategic acquisition of CC Solicitors and its experienced team led by Colleen Cleary.

The team at CC Solicitors are practitioners and litigators in employment  law.

Founder Colleen Cleary, together with Regan O’Driscoll and Bernadette Daly, will join Simmons & Simmons.

The team are trained workplace investigators with the US-based Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI).

Cleary is also an accredited mediator with CEDR.

Her previous roles include chairing the Employment Law Association of Ireland (ELAI) and active membership in the American Bar Association (ABA) and its International Labour and Employment Law Committee.

She is also the newly elected Irish representative for the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
