O’Flynn Exhams appoints corporate partner

Cork-based firm O’Flynn Exhams LLP has appointed Colm Manning as a corporate/M&A and commercial partner.

Manning specialises in advising company directors and shareholders on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, corporate-finance transactions, and commercial contracts.

He also has expertise in structuring and implementing employee share and long-term incentive programmes.

'Valuable addition'

Manning rejoins O’Flynn Exhams, having previously worked for the firm in 2014.

He qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has been based in Cork since 2014.

Shane Crossan (managing partner, O’Flynn Exhams LLP) described Manning as “a talented lawyer”, with significant experience in the areas of corporate/M&A and commercial law.

“Colm is a valuable addition as we continue to grow and strengthen the firm,” he added.
