International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has appointed Jack Kennedy as partner in its construction and engineering practice in Ireland.
The firm says that the appointment – the second in the construction practice this year – reflects growing market demand and its strategic investment in its construction-law capabilities.
Addleshaw Goddard says that Kennedy brings a “wealth of experience” advising on non-contentious construction law, development financing, and property transactions.
Previously a lawyer at A&L Goodbody LLP, the new partner was a main advisor to one of Ireland’s largest privately owned residential developers across all aspects of the development of its landbanks.
Mark Walsh (head of Ireland at Addleshaw Goddard) said that Kennedy was joining the team at a time when the construction market in Ireland continued to perform strongly.
“With his extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the sector, Jack will undoubtedly be a valuable addition, enhancing our team’s capabilities and strengthening our client offering,” he added.
