Venture-capital (VC) firm Molten Ventures is to delist its shares from the Dublin stock market.
In a statement, the company said that it had benefited from a listing on the Irish market, run by Euronext Dublin, for almost a decade.
“This, however, has become increasingly difficult to maintain, with further divergence in regulatory requirements and expectations between the UK and the European Union following Brexit,” Molten Ventures added.
The delisting is expected to take effect on or around 19 May. Its shares will remain listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Molten Ventures added that it remained committed to the Irish market, having launched a fund backed by the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) in 2023.
The fund invests in high-growth Irish technology companies.
