Mullany Walsh Maxwells appoints legal director
Dublin-based law firm Mullany Walsh Maxwells LLP has appointed Elaine Keane as a legal director.
The firm says that Keane’s “extensive experience and respected expertise and judgement” has made her an integral part of its corporate and commercial team.
She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and commercial litigation.
