MHC names financial-services partner

Mason Hayes & Curran has appointed Conor Lynch as partner in its financial-services team.

Lynch will be based in the firm's London office, where he will play a crucial role in advising both domestic and international banks, as well as financial institutions, on a wide array of transactions.

His practice will focus on banking and financial-services law, with a particular focus on fund finance, project finance and leveraged finance transactions.

Cross-border capabilities

Neil Campbell (partner and head of financial services) said: “Conor’s appointment reinforces our position as a leader in financial-services law and strengthens our cross-border capabilities."

Conor Lynch is a graduate of University College Dublin and a member of the Law Society.

He has been recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ by IFLR 1000, the pre-eminent guide to the world’s leading financial law firms.
