Law Society property-law update will cover Capacity Act
The Law Society property-law update this year will hear from Revenue, among other speakers.
The Law Society Professional Training event will be held in-person at Blackhall Place.
CPD points
Attendance will yield four general CPD points (by group study).
The date is Thursday, 17 October, from 2pm to 6pm, and the cost is €175.
The aim is to update practitioners on recent and ongoing developments in conveyancing practice.
The seminar is designed in collaboration with members of the Law Society Conveyancing Committee.
The seminar will be followed by a drinks reception sponsored by Law Society Solicitors Services.
