The former chief justice Frank Clarke will be one of the speakers at an event on law and economics hosted by the Trinity College Law Review next week.
Patricia Lucas, former judge of the Supreme Courts of California, will also speak at the discussion.
The event will look at the use of an economic framework in legal judgements, and its viability in the Irish legal system.
It will take place at 6pm on Wednesday 9 October in the Thomas Davis Theatre. This theatre is located in room 2043 of Trinity College’s Arts Block.
