Arthur Cox takes Mergermarket M&A award
Arthur Cox was named Legal Adviser of the Year for Ireland at the Mergermarket European M&A Awards 2024, held in London yesterday (27 November).
More than 48 prizes were presented at the ceremony, recognising what Mergermarket describes as “outstanding contributions to creative advisory work on intricate transactions”.
The awards recognise the achievements of Europe’s top deal-makers and reward innovative advisory work on some of the region’s most transformative deals of the past year.
