New funds consultant at William Fry
William Fry LLP says that Derina Bannon has joined the firm as a consultant in its asset-management and investment-funds department.
The firm says that she has extensive experience advising on legal and regulatory obligations across the asset-management sector.
Bannon has worked on various legal, regulatory, and advisory projects – including the establishment of investment funds in Ireland and the distribution of investment products across the globe.
