Webinar on Unified Patent Court, one year on

A webinar on the Unified Patent Court one year on will be held on 24 June.

The webinar is jointly organised by the European Lawyers Foundation (ELF) and the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE).

Input

The format will include a general introduction to the Unified Patent Court by Dusseldorf lawyer Jochen Bühling, as well as input from the UPC Court of Appeal.

Practitioners will also discuss decisions regarding UPC provisions, expert testimonies, and access to written pleadings.

The free event, which runs from 10am–12.30pm and is now open for registration.
