Practitioner information session on DSS and EPAs

The Law Society will hold a practitioner information session on the Decision Support Service (DSS) and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPA) on 3 July at 1pm.

The main speaker will be Áine Hynes SC, pictured, (chair of the Mental Health & Capacity Task Force).

Áine Flynn and Orla Keane of the Decision Support Service will also be speaking.
