Kim O’Neill has been appointed as partner in the Eversheds Sutherland LLP Dublin projects-and-construction group.
O’Neill joins from another large Irish corporate firm and brings almost a decade of experience across construction, infrastructure and energy projects.
She advises on the procurement, initiation and execution of construction, infrastructure and energy projects, as well as resolving disputes, with a focus on renewables, communications, strategic infrastructure and power-purchase agreements.
The firm has also welcomed Chelsey O’Doherty as 'of counsel' to the same team.
O’Doherty’s primary focus is advising on energy construction and M&A (wind, solar, battery storage and hydrogen projects), as well as all aspects of social, transport and digital infrastructure projects.
