Dates set for District 2 licensing courts
The annual licensing courts for 2024 for District No 2 will be held as usual in September, the Courts Service has said.
E-licensing facilitates the online filing of licensing applications by solicitors, applications can be created and listed for hearing dates.
All offices are asked to use the e licensing system to lodge their applications online.
Assistance is using the system is available at sligocourtoffice@courts.ie
The system also provides for electronic service on AGS and other notice parties.
Dates
The annual licensing court dates for this district are:
- Manorhamilton – 11 September at 10.30 am,
- Tubbercurry – 25 September at 10.30 am,
- Sligo – 26 September at 10.30 am.
Under the Practice Direction in place, all proofs to be lodged at least two weeks prior to the relevant annual licensing court.
