Webinar to focus on fintech and the law
Law Society Skillnet is holding an online event next month aimed at people working in the financial-services sector who want to improve their knowledge of the regulatory and legal environment for the fintech sector.
‘FinTech and the Law’ takes place on Thursday 8 February (2pm to 3.30pm), and is worth 1.5 general CPD hours.
The webinar has been designed and will be delivered by expert international financial-services solicitors and professionals.
Topics and speakers
Topics include:
- Authorised Push Payment (APP) fraud,
- CESOP: implications for payments firms,
- IAF/SEAR: a governance and business challenge, and
- Update on outsourcing and operational resilience.
