Masterclass on property transactions
Law Society Skillnet is holding a hybrid masterclass on property transactions, beginning on Tuesday 13 February.
It is worth 13 general CPD hours (by eLearning), plus five general hours (by group study).
The course is aimed at all practitioners acting in property transactions, and is divided into two modules.
The first module is focused on complex property transactions, while the second will look at commercial-property transactions.
Key aspects of law
The first module will allow for those with a good grounding of property law to focus on more complex aspects.
Module two is specifically tailored for those who wish to enhance their skills and knowledge in the area of commercial property.
Attendance at both sessions will provide a complete immersion in the key aspects of conveyancing and landlord-and-tenant law.
The schedule is:
- Tuesday 13 February 2024 (5.30-6.30pm): introductory lecture via Zoom meetings,
- Tuesday 27 February (5.30-8pm): in-person panel discussion on complex property transactions,
- Tuesday 12 March (5.30-8pm): in-person panel discussion on commercial-property transactions.
