DLA Piper names Kathi Ó Riain as a partner
DLA Piper has named Kathi Ó Riain as a partner in the firm’s real-estate practice.
She will join the firm on 1 May from Addleshaw Goddard Ireland, where she was a partner and head of property and construction.
Ó Riain has more than 20 years’ experience advising on all types of property projects – including logistics, PRS, retail, offices, hotels and leisure, student accommodation, healthcare, infrastructure, and energy.
She will join DLA Piper’s team of 115 – including 18 partners and 17 legal directors – in Ireland.
