A series of seminars for solicitors and barristers on how best to represent clients who are injured in the US is being held early next year.
The free lunchtime seminars will take place at six venues around the country from late January to early March.
The events will be presented by US attorney Martin Blake (small picture) and solicitor Liam Moloney of Naas-based Moloney & Company.
Blake, a former president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, is the current chair of the Internation Relations Committee of the American Association of Justice.
Moloney, who specialises in international-travel claims, is the current vice-president of the Pan European Organisation for Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL).
The seminars will provide essential information for solicitors who are consulted by clients who have been injured in the US.
